On Queue Actuals/Adherence require a Pure Cloud upload for the selected range.

* Overlay columns double-count on purpose. “Stay on queue” blocks are counted both in On Queue Scheduled and in their own category, so the category columns can total more than Total scheduled. A block assigned to several queues counts its full minutes in each, so the per-queue columns can total more than On Queue Scheduled. “On Queue — unassigned” is queue time with no queue selected.
